Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For customers within the European Union, this includes the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, strong odors, pet hair, or missing packaging.
If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
How to Start a Return

Returns must first be approved by us. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

The shipping label
This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Please note that products made from natural materials such as wool, sheepskin, cowhide, and leather may show variations in color, texture, size, smell and pattern. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Opened or used care products (including leather care, horsecare, oils, sprays, and maintenance products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
For hygiene reasons, socks, slippers, and other wearable items cannot be returned if they have been worn or tried without protective covering.

Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a parcel from the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return handling costs from the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
