Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bancontact and Apple/Google Pay. Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s payment system.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we may have already started processing your items. Contact us immediately to check.
Can I order as a business?

Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Standard shipping within Europe typically takes 2–4 business days. International shipping times vary by destination, but you will receive a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally outside Europe?
Currently, we focus on Europe. For special requests outside of Europe, please contact us.
Where do you ship from?
All Belpo orders are packed and dispatched directly from our central warehouse in the Belgium. This ensures fast, reliable delivery and means our EU customers will never face unexpected import duties or customs fees.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You can choose to pick up your order for free in our shop in Ghent. Please wait for the confirmation mail after placing your order where all instructions will be mentioned in.
Product Care & Maintenance
How do I care for wool products?
Most wool products, including blankets, slippers, and scarves, should be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle. Check the product label for exact care instructions.
How should I maintain my leather products?
Proper maintenance extends the life of your leather. BELPO offers Belpolon Leather Grease, Leather Oil, and Saddle Soap. Use products suitable for the leather type. Avoid using the same product for all leather, as smooth leather, suede, and nubuck require different care.

Are our leather care products eco-friendly?
Our Belpolon formulas are all made on natural basis such as pine raisin, plant-, animal- & miniral oils. Made to keep leather durable, and help reduce waste by prolonging your products’ lifespan.
How do I clean & maintain Pokeboo boots?
Yes, Pokeboo boots are made of strong thin natural rubber that is both flexible and waterproof. They can be cleaned with water and mild soap, and dried at room temperature. Avoid direct heat.

Product Selection
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide. For slippers and boots (including Pokeboo), measure your foot length in centimeters and match it with our size chart. Wool garments, blankets, and scarves also have dimensions listed to help you choose the perfect fit.
What if my preferred product is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s available again, or contact us directly. We will gladly help finding alternatives for you.
Do you offer custom-made products?
Yes. Many of our leather goods, sheepskin rugs, coasters, placemats and wool blankets can be made to order. Please contact us for details and delivery timelines.
Where is everything made?
Our products are manufactured both locally in Belgium, in the EU and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality, ethically, eco-friendly and of a fair value.

Are your materials sustainable?
Yes. We prioritize natural, renewable resources such as wool, wood, natural rubber, and leather. Our leather comes from European suppliers and is vegetable tanned or treated to last decades.
Are Pokeboo boots eco-friendly?
Made from natural rubber, Pokeboo boots are lightweight, foldable, and long-lasting, reducing the need for frequent replacement.

Can I sell BELPO products in my store?

Do you offer marketing support for retailers?
Yes. We provide product images, descriptions, and promotional material to help you sell our assortment. Promo's depend on the brand you are interested in.
Can I get an tax invoice?
Yes. It is no problem to get an invoice. Please contact us with your company details and VAT Nr. Or leave a request when finishing an order.
