Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During peak periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination country.

BELPO EU BV is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events (strikes, extreme weather, transport disruptions, etc.)


International Shipping & Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • BELPO EU BV is not responsible for customs delays.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping and return costs from any refund.


Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.

If tracking confirms delivery, BELPO EU BV is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Additional shipping costs may apply

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to address errors

If an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.


Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed shipment

  • Refused delivery

We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and return handling fees from the refund.

Reshipping the parcel may require additional payment.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please document the damage immediately

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.


Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will be notified if this occurs.


Force Majeure

BELPO EU BV shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, or governmental restrictions.
