All products should be used as intended. For chemical or care products (e.g., leather care, horsecare, oils), follow the provided instructions. Improper use or storage is your responsibility.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and receive payment.

Orders are for personal use only. Commercial resale or bulk purchases require prior authorization.

Please review your order carefully. Once confirmed, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds or exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy [LINK].

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are as shown at checkout and may include VAT, shipping, and handling where applicable.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and in rare cases, cancel orders where an error has occurred.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping policies, rates, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

BELPO EU BV is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays or errors

  • Customs processing or import duties

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, transport interruptions)

Once products are delivered to the carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have statutory rights under applicable law, including:

  • 14-day right of withdrawal

  • 2-year legal guarantee for product conformity

These rights cannot be waived or limited by these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including logos, images, text, graphics, videos, and product designs — is owned by BELPO EU BV or our licensors.

BELPO EU BV is not responsible for damages or injury resulting from improper use, modification, or storage. Customers are responsible for following all local laws and safety guidance when using these products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • BELPO EU BV, our affiliates, officers, and Shopify are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; where prohibited, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport or delivery interruptions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

For disputes, the competent courts in Ghent Belgium shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
